With the inevitable cancellation of Origins and GenCon as well as many smaller conventions, has there been any talk of modifying the "clock" for being hunted, recovering captured PCs and other aspects that run off a real world timer? Realistically, I don't see a convention happening anytime before WolfCon which is 9 months after Fire and Ice 2020, the last con several of us attended. Even if GenCon goes off, that's still a 6 month pause of the campaign. Thoughts?

With the talk of this latest push, hopefully ending 30th of Apr, i do not see Origins or Gencon being cancelled, FOR now at least.. BUT it is a valid question to get asked.

I think at this point its too early to say that Origins or Gencon will be canceled. That said I do think we should at least pause the timer and get an idea of how many and who has been affected by the cancellations. I say this because I myself have a limited chance for cons and can't travel far, and I'm sure there are people in similar situations. It might be that some of these canceled cons were peoples only chance to play and deal with whatever "timers" they were under.

We'll discuss it among the council. Good point.

Heck, the financial impact of all this, imo is going to be a bigger impact, for whether some do or do not come to conventions, this year.

That's a very good point about the financial impact. I know there are a lot of people out of jobs right now. Hopefully, everyone in Sparks is doing okay.
