Star Wars has a lot of novels (cannon and non-cannon). Are there any related to Sparks modules or any that would be useful for a Sparks player to read?

I assume you are asking about the novels and admittedly I haven't read that many. But the comics...Oh, boy. I've read so much of those.
Dark Horse Era X-Wing series - Michael Stackpol at his finest. If you like pilot stuff, this is the series for you Tales of the Jedi - The series Tales of the Jedi Companion supplement is based on. The overall plot is a bit dated and de-canonized but lots of good Jedi and related lore stuff in there Star Wars Tales - This was a non cannon anthology series and the early books were great. About 3-4 years in they changed editors and went for more serial stories rather than a much of one shots and the quality dropped immensely. Tag and Bink - Good Star Wars comedy. Never quite sure if the series is cannon or not. I'd lean toward not.
New marvel Era Dr. Aphra - Far and away the best ongoing series from Marvel. Aphra is deep, complex and the best unfilmed character in ages. She plays both sides (rebel and empire) against each other in a most scoundrely way. Her murder droid triple zero is a hoot too. Darth Vader - lots of good Vader being a bad ass stuff paired with an emperor being a demanding pain and a son/ rebellion, not quite doing what he wants. Also, plenty of the aforementioned Dr. Aphra in some arcs. Princes Leia - a good tale of leadership in the face of tragedy, picks up after Ep4 and dealing with Alderaniaan refuges.
Non SW books but if you're thinking of writing a module, I find the best inspiration comes from non star wars sources, keeps it fresh. In no particular order below are sources that inspired my events Sparks 155 - Island of the Sequined Love Nun by Christopher Moore Sparks 168 - Inspired by the Battle of Midway but I read two books on aircraft carrier groups in preparation so that the plans made sense. Sparks 202ABC - Saving Private Ryan and Kelly's Heroes Sparks 207 - various Shadowrun source books LotE 9 - His Majesties Dragon by Niomi Novak LotE Cloud Gate series - The Stand by Steven King. Executive Orders by Tom Clancy and the VITAS plot lines from various Shadowrun source books. Some old (and honestly bad) Aliens comics from Dark Horse.

Not really? I know some authors will take obscure parts of lore from various places, but I wouldn't say there is a hard and fast list of "books to read to get Sparks". If anything, I think the list above is probably a good start, or at least the X-Wing series, but beyond that? Feel free to cherry pick what parts of lore interest you. I know that in the modules I've written, and the ones I'm writing tend to draw inspiration from various Old Republic sources, both books and video games.
The other alternative is just start watching Clone Wars or Rebels, and following along with the series on Wookieepedia. From there, click on articles that look interesting and fall down the rabbit hole on Wookieepedia. There you can learn all sorts of fun bits of lore that will never show up, like how repulsorlifts are created (at least in Legends) by mining space-time from black holes!
